Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Faridabad for a Customer Relationship & Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships, and working closely with potential and existing clients to meet their needs. The role also includes lead generation, account management, proactive communication, and ensuring client satisfaction through tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to actively seek and secure new opportunities for growth
- Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining valuable customer relationships
- Exceptional Communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
- Understanding of business processes and strategies with a focus on driving results
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to foster trust and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles is a plus
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
