- Prepare large quantities of food according to standardized recipes
- Follow daily production schedules to meet volume requirements
- Measure, mix, and cook ingredients with consistency and accuracy
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and steamers
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards
- Maintain proper food storage, labeling, and rotation (FIFO method)
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures for food safety compliance
- Assist in portioning, packaging, and plating for bulk service or distribution
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Report equipment issues or food quality concerns to supervisors
- Work closely with team members to ensure efficient production flow
- Minimize food waste and support cost-control efforts
- Assist with inventory checks and ingredient preparation (prep work)
