Full Stack Developer | Technical Project Coordinator
Job Summary TS INVO is looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer & Technical Project Coordinator who can independently manage and execute projects from the first client interaction through successful delivery. Our Business Development (BDE) team generates leads through platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing portals. Once a client meeting is scheduled, the selected candidate will become the technical owner of the project. The role involves understanding client requirements, providing technical consultation, preparing project estimates and documentation, developing applications, coordinating internal or outsourced developers whenever required, and ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable writing code, communicating with clients, managing teams, and taking complete ownership of projects. Requirements
1) Business Development Collaboration Collaborate closely with the Business Development (BDE) team throughout the project lifecycle. Attend client meetings scheduled by the BDE team to understand business and technical requirements. Provide technical consultation and recommend the best technology stack based on client requirements. Assist the BDE team in preparing technical proposals, project scope, project timelines, and cost estimates. Support the BDE team during client discussions by providing technical inputs and effort estimations. Evaluate project feasibility before project confirmation. Ensure a smooth transition from the sales phase to project execution. Keep the BDE team informed about project milestones, risks, change requests, delays, and delivery status. Identify opportunities for feature enhancements, maintenance contracts, and future business opportunities. Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term engagement.
2) Client Communication & Requirement Gathering Attend online meetings with international clients. Understand and analyze business requirements. Gather detailed functional and technical requirements. Ask relevant technical questions to fully understand project scope. Suggest the best technology stack and implementation approach. Convert client discussions into detailed project documentation. Act as the primary technical point of contact throughout the project.
3) Project Execution & Coordination Develop and deliver IT Projects independently whenever the project falls within your technical expertise. Participate in coding, debugging, testing, deployment, and production support. Take complete ownership of assigned projects from requirement gathering through successful delivery. If the project is outside your expertise or requires additional resources, identify, evaluate, and coordinate with freelance or outsourced developers. Assign tasks to developers and monitor daily progress. Review code and ensure coding standards are followed. Coordinate with designers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and third-party vendors whenever required. Conduct regular project review meetings with clients and internal teams. Monitor timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and project risks. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before deployment. Handle post-deployment support and issue resolution. Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project progress. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client expectations. 4) Technical Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy Full Stack web applications. Build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. Develop responsive frontend interfaces. Build RESTful APIs and backend services. Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways. Optimize application performance and database queries. Debug and resolve technical issues. Maintain Git repositories and deployment pipelines. Perform code reviews and maintain coding standards. Provide technical guidance to junior developers and outsourced teams. Stay updated with modern technologies and industry best practices.
5) Resource Planning Execute projects independently whenever possible. Evaluate project complexity and resource requirements. Coordinate with in-house developers whenever required. Identify, hire, and manage freelance or outsourced developers for projects requiring additional expertise. Allocate tasks efficiently. Track developer productivity and project progress. Ensure outsourced developers meet quality standards and deadlines.
6) Project Estimation & Documentation Prepare and maintain: Requirement Specification Documents (RSD) Scope of Work (SOW) Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Technical Proposals Cost Estimates Project Timelines Milestones Resource Planning Change Request Documents Delivery Reports Project Status Reports Also responsible for: Preparing initial project budgets Estimating project timelines Breaking projects into milestones Planning project resources Managing project documentation throughout the lifecycle
7) Quality Assurance & Delivery Review completed work before client delivery. Coordinate testing and quality assurance. Ensure bug fixing before deployment. Coordinate production deployment. Ensure smooth project handover. Provide post-delivery support whenever required. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the delivery process.

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
