We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Sales Executives to expand our client base and promote our professional services.
Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and persuasive Tele Sales Executives to connect with prospective clients, explain our services, generate qualified leads, schedule appointments, and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads and databases.
- Generate new business opportunities through telecalling and follow-ups.
- Explain Taxla Services' offerings, including:
- Income Tax Filing
- GST Registration & Return Filing
- Company Registration
- ROC Compliance
- Audit Services
- Accounting Services
- Payroll Management
- Business Consultancy
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Schedule appointments for the sales or consulting team.
- Follow up with potential clients until closure.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate / Diploma (Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or any discipline).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Tele Sales, Customer Support, Banking, Insurance, BPO, Financial Services, or Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil are mandatory.
- Basic communication skills in English are preferred.
- Hindi language skills will be an added advantage.
