Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer to take charge of a long-term project. This isn't a role for someone who is already swamped with full-time commitments. We need a dedicated expert who can comfortably commit 2 to 4 hours every single day to keep development moving forward.
You will be managing a small pod of 2 to 4 developers, taking ownership of the modules, tracking progress, and ensuring we hit our deliverables on time. We run an AI-powered engineering setup, so you must be highly proficient with tools like Claude, Codex, or Copilot to write, debug, and review code quickly. We are looking for someone with a cool, calm attitude who knows how to work well with people while staying strictly focused on getting the job done.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track the daily progress of 2 to 4 developers to ensure modules are completed and tested on time
- Write clean, high-performance code using Angular, HTML, CSS, and C# for the backend
- Heavily utilize AI coding assistants to speed up development, expert review, refactoring, and debugging
- Take full ownership of technical deliverables from start to finish
- Work directly with the management team to align on technical execution and project timelines
- Review code and maintain architecture standards across the project
Required Skills
- Expert-level hands-on experience with Angular, HTML, and CSS
- Strong backend development background using C# and .NET
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, databases, and scalable application architecture
- Real-world experience using AI developer tools as a core part of your daily workflow
- Previous experience leading small teams and tracking module deployment
- People-oriented with a calm demeanor, but highly focused on executing and delivering without delay
