Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)
Experience: 2–3 Years
Skill Set: Genesys Cloud, Network (Voice) Management
Key Responsibilities:
End user profile creation, CUCM access & password reset
Request fulfillment management
Monitoring PRI/SIP for service providers
Handling L1 support on Genesys Cloud Contact Centre
Basic configuration on Genesys SBC, Audiocodes & VOCA module (user creation/changes, call flow routing, admin tasks)
Logging IT incidents, service requests & events via service desk tool
Ticket categorization based on severity & impact
Coordinating with OEM for L2/L3 escalations
Tracking tickets to closure and ensuring timely updates
Communicating incident status to stakeholders
