We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Sales Executive to manage inquiries, follow up with prospects, nurture relationships, and convert qualified leads into consultations and projects.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with high-net-worth individuals, architects, landscape designers, and premium residential clients while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with incoming leads from website, social media, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Qualify leads based on project requirements, budget, timeline, and location.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and consultations for the design team.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, architects, and consultants.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate records of all conversations and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth client communication.
- Send proposals, presentations, and project information when required.
- Follow up on quotations and pending decisions.
- Generate referrals and repeat business opportunities from existing clients.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer relations, business development, or client servicing.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Strong phone etiquette and relationship-building ability.
- Comfortable using CRM software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Experience in luxury products, real estate, interiors, architecture, landscaping, or construction industries is preferred.
