About the Role
CloudBlitz is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead admissions and sales operations across multiple branches in Pune. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, mentor sales teams, optimize conversion funnels, and ensure achievement of regional admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales & admissions teams across multiple branches.
- Drive monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Conduct branch visits, team coaching, and performance reviews.
- Monitor CRM, sales pipeline, and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to improve lead quality and student conversions.
- Train, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales, with 1–2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in EdTech, Education, Training, or Skill Development preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel across Pune branches.
