TIPS-G Alwar is seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist & Trainer with strong practical knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and industry practices. The candidate will be responsible for executing digital marketing activities, handling branding and promotional campaigns, and delivering practical training sessions to students.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Manage social media marketing activities
- Create and optimize content for websites, blogs, and social media
- Handle SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports
- Work on lead generation and brand awareness strategies
- Manage email marketing and online promotional activities
- Research market trends, competitors, and audience behavior
Training & Mentorship
- Conduct practical and industry-oriented training sessions
- Train students on digital marketing tools and strategies
- Guide students in live projects, assignments, and case studies
- Assist students in portfolio building and placement preparation
- Develop training materials, presentations, and practical exercises
