Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Admin Manager to oversee and manage the organization's administrative operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning, maintain facilities, manage vendors, supervise administrative staff, and support business operations through effective coordination and resource management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily administrative activities and office operations.
Manage office facilities, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and utilities.
Handle vendor management, contract negotiations, and service agreements.
Monitor administrative budgets and control operational expenses.
Procure office supplies, equipment, and assets as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and safety standards.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and transportation for employees and visitors.
Maintain records, documentation, and asset inventories.
Supervise and guide administrative staff to ensure operational efficiency.
Organize company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
Liaise with government authorities, building management, and external agencies when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in administration or facilities management.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and administrative management systems.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
