Job Description
We are looking for a Salesforce CRM Specialist to join our Salesforce Revenue Growth team. Someone with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation, configuration, and ongoing CRM operations, who is passionate about improving business processes, supporting scalable solutions, and driving adoption across sales and customer-facing teams.
In this position, you will Lead and manage project execution, including planning, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and on-time delivery. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions, support integrations with third-party applications such as Workato, Labra, CS platforms, PRM platforms, and other tools, and ensure high-quality delivery using Jira, Copado, and AI-based productivity tools.
Major Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and maintain Salesforce CRM solutions that support Revenue Growth, sales operations, and customer lifecycle processes.
Analyze business requirements, design scalable CRM solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes, automation, reporting, and user experience.
Support and improve integrations with third-party applications, including Workato, Labra, quoting tools, CS platforms, PRM platforms, and other business systems.
Manage delivery activities using Jira and Copado, including documenting requirements, supporting releases, tracking work items, and ensuring quality deployment practices.
Use AI tools to improve productivity, accelerate analysis, support documentation, and identify opportunities for CRM process optimization.
Qualifications
Desired Background
Salesforce CRM Specialist with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation, configuration, and business process support.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM best practices, including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, page layouts, permissions, reports, and dashboards.
Proven project management capabilities – ability to manage multiple streams, prioritize effectively, and deliver in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with third-party applications and integrations such as Workato, Labra, CS Platforms, PRM solutions, and similar business platforms.
Experience working with Jira for requirement tracking, backlog management, and delivery coordination, and with Copado or similar tools for Salesforce release management.
B.A. degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
A proactive problem solver with strong communication skills, ability to work independently with global teams, and fluency in English.
It would be great if you also have:
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant.
Experience supporting global sales, customer success, partner, or revenue operations teams.
Experience building AI agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar AI automation platforms.
Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, adopt AI tools, and continuously improve CRM processes.
