Administrator Intern — Job Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate administrative activities across all departments of the organization.
- Coordinate with department Heads to monitor ongoing work, team activities, and overall progress.
- Organize, schedule, coordinate, and participate in meetings involving department Heads and management.
- Report directly to the Founder, CEO, and management team regarding departmental progress, challenges, and important updates.
- Monitor the overall workflow and ensure that assigned processes and responsibilities are being followed properly.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to department Heads and team members as directed by management.
- Track assigned tasks, monitor progress, and follow up to ensure timely completion of deadlines.
- Maintain and regularly update administrative records, reports, attendance sheets, task trackers, meeting records, and other organizational documents.
- Monitor the maintenance of departmental sheets, records, and reports and ensure that Heads keep their respective records updated.
- Coordinate the onboarding and orientation of newly appointed department Heads and help them understand their roles, responsibilities, and organizational processes.
- Send timely reminders and important announcements through official communication groups regarding meetings, deadlines, tasks, submissions, and other organizational activities.
- Monitor attendance, meeting participation, task completion, and other administrative requirements across departments.
- Identify operational issues, challenges, or concerns raised by Heads and team members and coordinate appropriate solutions.
- Escalate significant issues, delays, or concerns to the Founder/CEO or relevant management authority when required.
- Follow up on management decisions and ensure that relevant Heads and teams take the required action.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination between different departments to ensure smooth organizational operations.
- Support management in implementing internal policies, procedures, and administrative processes.
- Prepare or compile periodic reports and updates for management as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle internal organizational information responsibly.
- Ensure that all departments follow established administrative procedures, communication protocols, and deadlines.
Internship Information
