- Drive sales of genuine Mahindra accessories for all 4-wheelers.
- Guide customers on suitable accessories during vehicle delivery and after-sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the dealership.
- Plan and execute promotional activities for accessories Sales.
- Explain product features, benefits, and compatibility of accessories to the customer.
- Provide a personalized buying experience and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback related to accessories.
- Maintain sales and stock reports.
- Ensure proper billing, warranty, and documentation for all accessories sold.
