Job Summary
The Facility Head is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, maintenance, statutory compliance, safety, security, and administration of the facility. Preference is given to retired officers from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) due to their experience with municipal regulations, statutory approvals, and liaison with government authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day facility management operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, firefighting, and utility systems.
- Liaise with municipal authorities and other government departments for statutory approvals and compliance.
- Monitor compliance with local regulations, licenses, and environmental requirements.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, landscaping, and pest control services.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Manage facility budgets, operational expenses, and vendor contracts.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and fire safety standards.
- Coordinate emergency response and crisis management activities.
- Conduct facility inspections and recommend infrastructure improvements.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure service quality.
- Maintain statutory records, documentation, and audit readiness.
- Support management in facility expansion, renovation, and modernization projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facility Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Retired officer from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation or a similar municipal authority.
- 15–25 years of relevant experience in municipal administration, engineering, public works, or facility management.
- Experience in managing large commercial, industrial, residential, institutional, or healthcare facilities is desirable.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
