About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team in Swaroop Nagar, Kanpur. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment and HR operations, with good communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various job roles.
- Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare daily hiring reports.
- Support employee engagement and HR administrative activities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in HR Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
