PGVibes is an upcoming online property portal and management platform specializing in Paying Guest (PG) accommodations. We bridge the gap between property owners and tenants by offering seamless listing, marketing, and end-to-end accommodation management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Property & Listing Management: Onboard new PG properties onto pgvibes.com, ensure listing details (amenities, pricing, photos) are accurate, and update availability status.
- Tenant Coordination: Handle inbound inquiries via the website and social media, coordinate property visits for prospective tenants, and assist with onboarding workflows.
- Digital & Social Media Support: Assist in managing social media handles (Facebook, Instagram) to build brand awareness, and support local SEO efforts to drive organic traffic.
- Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, or BCA preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
- Basic understanding of digital platforms, social media management, or local search (Google Maps).
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
