Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, policy implementation, compliance, performance management, and organizational development.
This role requires a proactive leader who can build efficient HR processes, strengthen company culture, and support business growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.
- Manage onboarding, attendance, employee records, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and engagement initiatives.
- Manage performance appraisal and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Work closely with management on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Prepare HR reports and recommend process improvements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments and positions within the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
- Good understanding of labour laws and HR compliance.
- Experience with HRMS and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Industry Preference
Previous experience in the real estate industry is not mandatory.

Work Schedule
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Up to 4 paid leaves per month, subject to work requirements and management approval.
