We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented IT Industry HR Administrator to support our Human Resources and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee documentation, onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, and general HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and documentation.
- Assist with recruitment activities including posting vacancies, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support employee onboarding and exit processes.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
- Coordinate payroll-related inputs by collecting attendance and leave details.
- Prepare HR documents, reports, letters, and employee records.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR processes and company policies.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Assist with office administration and daily HR operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRMS or payroll systems.
- Knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
