KLM Assets Fin is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Business Development Manager - BDM for our Muvattupuzha branch. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in NBFC or chit fund operations.
The role is focused on strengthening business presence, increasing subscriber acquisition, and ensuring consistent growth through effective customer engagement and market development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities for chit fund services through market outreach and client engagement
- Promote chit schemes through direct meetings, field activities, and professional networking
- Expand the subscriber base and achieve assigned monthly business goals
- Develop strong customer relationships to ensure long-term association and service satisfaction
- Monitor collections and coordinate timely follow-up on pending installments
- Analyze branch performance and recommend strategies to improve productivity and business growth
- Support branch-level initiatives aimed at increasing market reach and operational efficiency
Preferred Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the NBFC or chit fund industry
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Candidates from Muvattupuzha, Thodupuzha, and nearby areas will be preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given priority
