Position: Executive/Senior Executive HR

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including policy writing, implementing, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding Screen candidates and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate joining formalities and conduct employee induction programs.
- Support HR operations-attendance, Leave and payroll management, including employee documentation and statutory compliance [PF&ESIC] as per applicable laws.
- Maintain and update HRMS records accurately.
- Generate HR reports and provide data support as required.
- Candidates preferred experience in hospitality[hotel]
- Assisting in payroll process, attendance, leave and benefits administration
- Coordinating employee induction and orientation programs
- Supporting performance appraisal and employee development initiatives
- Addressing employee queries and resolving workplace issues professionally
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws company policies, HR procedures
- Organizing HR reports, MIS, and maintaining statutory records
- Handling exit formalities, full and final settlements and exit interviews
- Assisting in policy implementation and updating HR processes
- Collaborating with department managers to fulfill workforce planning and staffing requirement
- Promoting a positive work culture and maintaining employee relations
- Supporting disciplinary actions, grievance handling and conflict resolution when required
- Identifying opportunities to improve HR operations and employee experience
- Driving HR projects and process improvements
- Supporting strategic HR initiatives such as talent management, succession planning and retention programs
Preferred Qualification:
- · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- · MBA/Postgraduate specialization in Human Resource management is preferred.
- · 2-5 years of experience for HR executive
- · Strong knowledge of of recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management and employee relations
- · Good understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance and HR policies
- · Experience using HRMS/HRIS Software and proficiency in Microsoft office[ Excel/word/PowerPoint]
- · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skill
- · Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities
- · Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
- · Experience in employee engagement, training, coordination and performance appraisal processes
- · Analytical mindset with the ability to prepare HR reports and interpret workforce data
- · Professional attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
