About the Role
Uncultured Bar by Coffee Culture is looking for an energetic, experienced, and hospitality-driven Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and create exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a hands-on leader who can oversee daily operations, manage and inspire the team, maintain high service standards, and contribute to the unique culture and identity of the venue.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate bartenders and service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Create and maintain a positive, professional, and collaborative team culture.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships.
- Monitor beverage costs, wastage, and profitability to meet financial targets.
- Develop and maintain operational reports, sales reports, and inventory records.
- Ensure all opening, closing, and cash-handling procedures are followed accurately.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and bar organization.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with management on promotions, events, and beverage program development.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in bar management, hospitality management, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage service standards.
- Proven experience managing inventory, ordering, cost control, and reporting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience managing high-volume service environments is preferred.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
