Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager in planning and executing projects
- Coordinate between site team, vendors, contractors & office staff
- Prepare project schedules and track progress
- Ensure timely availability of materials & manpower
- Maintain project documentation (drawings, BOQs, reports, approvals)
- Monitor site activities and report daily/weekly progress
- Follow up on pending issues with consultants and authorities
- Support billing, measurement & client coordination
- Ensure compliance with safety & quality standards
- Handle meetings, MOM (Minutes of Meeting) & follow-ups
Skills Required:
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word & basic project software
- Basic knowledge of construction/project processes
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
- Problem-solving attitude
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / BE (Civil/Project Management) preferred
- 2–5 years experience in project coordination
- Construction / Real Estate / Infrastructure experience is a plus
