The Business Development Manager (Franchise Sales) is responsible for driving company growth by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new franchise partners.
This strategic role involves managing the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation and investor pitch to final contract negotiation and closure.

Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Market Mapping
- Run outbound prospecting campaigns via cold outreach, industry networking, and retail site visits.
- Investor Pitching & Sales Conversion
- Present the company’s business model, brand value proposition, and ROI forecasts to prospective investors.
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual discovery meetings to filter qualified franchise profiles.
- Deal Closure & Contract Negotiation
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Hand over newly signed franchise partners to the Onboarding and Operations teams seamlessly.
- Provide the senior leadership team with transparent pipeline data, conversion rates, and localized market insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of core B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years dedicated in distributor appointment/ franchise development / high-value investor acquisition/ channel expansion
- Sectors : FMCG , Food , Building materials, QSR , retail , Multilocation hotel chains ,real estate
- Travel: High willingness to travel extensively within target regions for site evaluations and investor meets.
Pay: ₹46,386.14 - ₹50,799.89 per month
