About the Role
We are expanding our team and looking for dynamic Estimation Engineers (Trainee to Senior Level) to work on our premium villa projects across Trivandrum and Cochin.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for renovation, interior fit-out, and new building construction projects.
- Conduct site visits to take accurate measurements for renovation and interior works.
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and material estimates.
- Analyse project requirements and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Procurement, Project, and Design teams during the estimation process.
- Prepare tender documents, cost summaries, and pricing schedules.
- Update estimation databases with current material and labour costs.
- Assist in preparing project budgets and monitoring cost variations.
- Ensure estimates comply with company standards, client requirements, and project specifications.Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Estimation Engineer in the construction industry.
Proven experience in:
- Renovation works
- Interior fit-out projects
- New building construction
· Experience with drawing software – Auto Cad
· Experience in preparing BOQs and detailed cost estimates.
