Job Purpose: To develop, manage and drive continuous developments in all aspects in Export Documentation & Logistics
Roles & Responsibilities:
·Prepare all exports/imports documents within required time frame (like approval of checklist, making export invoice and packing list, etc).
·Obtains all attested legal documents necessary for export/import.
· Regularly follow up from CHA and Freight Forwarders and ensure neat and clean documentation and container stuffing at warehouse.
· Coordination with government agency for any Govt. incentive and certification.
· Co-ordination with different agency for Export subsidy and other export benefits.
· Accurate communication with Factory team, Accounts team and immediate HODs for every sales order and dispatch date, production date, tentative booking for shipment date and rates quotation for 3 days for projection.

- Very Good Hand on Excel
- English Communication (especially drafting mails)
Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 Year in Documentation
- Rates, Negotiation work experience
- FMCG work experience will be a plus star
Pay: From ₹23,000.00 per month
