Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Store Officer to manage accounting activities, inventory records, and store operations at our Igatpuri - Maharashtra Manufacturing Plant
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, GST, AP/AR, inventory management, ERP/Tally Prime, and coordination with factory and Head Office teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions for the Factory.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including invoice processing, verification, and reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain Trial Balance, ledgers, schedules, and supporting financial records.
- Ensure timely accounting of purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Perform regular bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Support preparation of monthly MIS and financial reports for management.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with Head Office for smooth flow of accounting information and documentation.
- Support statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, and other applicable tax requirements.
- Assist in preparation of GST-related data, reconciliations, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software, ERP/SAP, and Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates residing in Igatpuri (On Nashik Mumbai Highway) will be preferred.
