Sirpi Cosmetic Surgery Centre is seeking a confident, empathetic, and customer-focused Patient Scheduling Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who can build trust with prospective patients, schedule appointments efficiently, and provide outstanding support throughout the patient journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with all patient leads received through phone calls, website inquiries, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Educate prospective patients about our cosmetic surgery procedures, treatments, and consultation process.
- Build rapport with patients, address basic questions, and encourage them to schedule consultations with our surgeons.
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations while maintaining an organized calendar.
- Conduct timely post-consultation follow-up calls to answer questions, provide guidance, and encourage patients to proceed with recommended treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update lead status in the clinic's CRM or appointment management system.
- Coordinate with doctors and the patient care team to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.
- Meet daily call, follow-up, and appointment scheduling targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, appointment scheduling, sales, or healthcare is preferred.
- Ability to confidently communicate with patients and convert inquiries into confirmed consultations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a patient-first approach.
