About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support a senior doctor managing two clinical establishments. The ideal candidate should possess strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills, along with a sound understanding of healthcare operations. Candidates with an educational background in MBBS/BAMS/BHMS, Nursing, or Pharmacy will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the doctor's appointments, meetings, travel plans, and daily schedule across both clinical establishments.
- Coordinate with patients, consultants, hospital staff, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the administration and smooth functioning of both healthcare facilities.
- Maintain confidential medical, operational, and business records.
- Follow up on operational tasks, regulatory requirements, and departmental activities.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Act as a liaison between the doctor and various departments to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Required Qualifications
- MBBS / BHMS / BAMS / B.Sc. Nursing / GNM / B.Pharm / M.Pharm or equivalent healthcare qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare administration, hospital operations, or clinical management.
- Experience working with senior consultants, hospital leadership, or healthcare organizations will be preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and hospital information systems.
