Job Purpose
To drive patient footfall and revenue growth through referral networks and outreach activities including camps and corporate tie-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage referral networks (doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporates, optical shops)
- Generate OPD & IPD through referrals and camp activities
- Plan and execute eye camps, corporate camps, and school screenings
- Drive on-ground conversions (camp to OPD/surgery) and ensure follow-ups
- Conduct daily field visits and maintain partner relationships
- Track performance metrics (referrals, camps, revenue) and share reports
- Coordinate with internal teams (doctors, counselors, optometrists)
- Ensure brand visibility across referral channels and activities
Key KPIs
- Active referral partners & daily visits
- Referral-driven OPD & revenue
- Number of camps & footfall
- Conversion rates (camp to OPD/surgery)
Qualifications
- Graduate / MBA
- 3–9 years of experience in healthcare/business development
Key Skills
- Result-oriented and execution-focused
- Strong networking and relationship management skills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
