We're looking for a highly creative writer who can transform ideas into engaging social media content that captures attention and keeps audiences watching.
This is not a blog, article, or SEO writing role.
You'll be responsible for creating high-performing scripts, viral hooks, storytelling concepts, and platform-first content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Script Writing & Storytelling
- Write engaging scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube videos.
- Craft compelling hooks that grab attention within the first 2–3 seconds.
- Structure content with a clear narrative flow: Hook → Curiosity → Value → Payoff → CTA
- Write concise, conversational, and high-retention scripts.
- Simplify complex topics into engaging, easy-to-understand content.
2. Content Ideation & Planning
- Generate original, platform-native content ideas regularly.
- Develop multiple creative angles for a single topic.
- Pitch recurring content series and campaign concepts.
- Contribute to weekly and monthly content planning.
3. Trend Research & Adaptation
- Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, creator styles, and platform updates.
- Adapt trends, memes, and storytelling formats to fit the brand.
- Identify emerging content opportunities before they become saturated.
- Research competitor content and recommend creative improvements
4. Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with video editors to ensure scripts translate effectively into engaging videos.
- Provide notes on pacing, visuals, transitions, and on-screen text.
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams on campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and content reviews.
5. Brand Voice & Messaging
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content.
- Write for different audience segments while preserving the brand's identity.
- Balance creativity with business goals and campaign objectives.
- Continuously optimize content based on audience engagement and performance insights.
Desired Profile of the candidate:
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in scriptwriting for short-form & long- form video content
- Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts
- Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills with a sharp attention to hooks and pacing
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging, bite-sized content
- Familiarity with trending audio, memes, and viral formats
- Basic understanding of video editing and visual storytelling (preferred)
- Strong research skills and ability to adapt quickly to trends
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas consistently
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
