## About the Role
We’re looking for energetic and persuasive Inside Sales Executives to join our Assisted Buying team. You’ll connect with high-intent customers, guide them through their purchase journey, and drive conversions through calls, chats, and online interactions.
## Key Responsibilities
* Engage with customers via calls, chat, WhatsApp, and website enquiries
* Convert warm leads (cart abandoners, registered users, browsers, etc.)
* Handle inbound & outbound sales interactions
* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
* Guide customers to nearby stores when required
* Maintain records using CRM tools
* Achieve sales and conversion targets
## What We’re Looking For
* Graduate (any discipline)
* 1–3 years in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / Customer Engagement
* Strong communication skills (English + regional languages)
* Target-driven with good convincing skills
* Comfortable with CRM tools and fast-paced environments
