We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, managing client relationships, and mentoring the sales team to maximize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet monthly and annual targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and negotiations to close sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute lead generation and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives to improve team productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a team management role.
- Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
