appropriate.
● Design and deliver structured onboarding experiences for new joiners across locations.
● Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-turnover or critical roles.
4. End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Management

● Administer probation reviews and annual appraisal processes in coordination with functional managers.
● Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records and documentation in physical and digital
formats.
● Handle exit interviews, attrition analysis, and present retention insights to leadership quarterly.

needed.
● Ensure data hygiene, regular audits, and system accuracy across all HR records.

6. Plant Visits & Multi-Site HR Support
● Conduct regular planned visits to manufacturing plants and project sites to provide on-ground HR support.
● Build trusted relationships with plant supervisors, workers, and contract labour.
● Ensure plant-level compliance with safety norms, contractor headcount requirements, and
statutory postings.

● Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, complaints, and disciplinary matters.
● Manage grievance redressal with speed, fairness, and confidentiality; escalate appropriately.
● Ensure POSH compliance: ICC constitution, training, and case handling.

8. Team Engagement & Culture
● Design and execute an employee engagement calendar: R&R programmes, team events, festive celebrations, and milestone recognition.
● Run periodic pulse surveys and employee listening sessions; distil findings for leadership.
● Champion culture-building aligned with the organisation's values and safety-first mindset.
● Partner with managers to build team morale, especially in plant and field teams.
