The Planning Manager develops and controls the complete project schedule for Water Treatment Plant projects, ensuring execution within contractual timelines, budget, and resource targets.

1. Project Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare:

- Master schedules
- Look-ahead plans
- Recovery schedules
- Develop project timelines using:
- Define:
- WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
- Activity sequencing
- Critical path

4. Coordination with Departments
