Job Summary
Shivam Udyog is seeking a dedicated and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out and finishing projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating with contractors and workers, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior project execution at site.
- Allocate and manage work among carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers, and other labor teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project managers.
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications.
- Maintain site safety standards and discipline.
- Prepare daily progress reports and material requirement reports.
- Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in interior fit-out, renovation, or construction supervision.
- Good knowledge of interior finishing works, furniture installation, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and MEP coordination.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read drawings and execute work as per plans.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or relevant experience preferred.
