Global Open Talent Foundation is looking for a target-oriented Sales Executive to spearhead our institutional partnerships across the Noida and Greater Noida region. Your core mission will be to pitch our specialized educational programs—including the ZenQuest Talent Search Exam (ZTSE), Scratch & Python Coding, and Mental Maths workshops—to private and public schools.
Your success in this role is measured purely by results: bringing in confirmed face-to-face appointments with school Principals and Management.
Key Responsibilities & Core Targets
- On-Ground Lead Generation: Actively visit schools across Noida and Greater Noida to connect with receptionists, coordinators, and administrators to identify decision-makers.
- B2B School Pitching: Deliver compelling in-person pitches highlighting the benefits of our ZenQuest Olympiads, Coding, and Mental Maths workshops for their students.
- The Ultimate Target: Secure confirmed, scheduled appointments with school Principals or executive decision-makers. Your primary target is completed once the meeting is officially locked in.
- On-Site Reporting: Report daily to our on-site office in Noida to sync with the leadership team, update pipeline sheets, and strategize school targets.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate database of contacted schools, responses, and follow-up timelines in Excel/CRM.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or Communication background is a plus).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Direct Sales, or the Education Sector (EdTech/Olympiad/Publishing sales experience is highly preferred). Freshers with exceptional communication skills and high energy are welcome to apply!
- Communication Mastery: Fluency in both English and Hindi with an excellent professional demeanor capable of speaking confidently with school management.
- Local Geography Expert: Good knowledge of the Noida and Greater Noida school ecosystem.
- Mobility: Personal two-wheeler and valid driving license for daily field visits is preferable.
- Traits: Highly target-driven, resilient, proactive, and persistent. You don't take "no" for an answer easily.
