Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our NBFC operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talent across sales, operations, collections, credit, and support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for NBFC roles across branches and corporate office.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and consultancy networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and business heads.
- Manage recruitment for field sales, collection executives, relationship managers, credit analysts, and operational staff.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT.
- Conduct background verification and documentation follow-up.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and recruitment agencies when required.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
- Knowledge of NBFC/banking roles and hierarchy is preferred.
- MS Excel and HRMIS knowledge is an advantage.
Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- Graduation in any discipline with relevant recruitment experience.
Pay: ₹12,372.87 - ₹18,876.49 per month
