About the Role
Infotechmon Pvt Ltd, Mohali is looking for a passionate and motivated PLC Automation Trainer to join our training team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in industrial automation and be enthusiastic about teaching students through practical sessions, demonstrations, and real-world projects.
Freshers with strong technical knowledge and good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom training on PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Teach SCADA fundamentals and HMI development.
- Introduce students to Embedded Systems concepts and applications.
- Provide basic training in VLSI concepts.
- Conduct practical laboratory sessions and hands-on exercises.
- Prepare training material, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students in mini projects and final projects.
- Assist students in troubleshooting automation-related problems.
- Stay updated with the latest industrial automation technologies.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of PLC programming.
- Understanding of SCADA systems.
- Basic knowledge of Embedded Systems.
- Basic understanding of VLSI concepts.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple manner.
Eligibility
Candidates with any of the following qualifications may apply:
- Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Diploma or B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Diploma or B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering
- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechatronics Engineering
- B.Sc./M.Sc. Electronics
