Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads into property sales through proactive outreach and follow-ups
- Conduct site visits, property tours, and client presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, tenants, and investors
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals in line with company targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and client interactions in the CRM
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align on campaigns and inventory availability
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales (residential, commercial, or co-living/co-working spaces preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Valid driver's license preferred (for site visits)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
