Job Summary:
The Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. The role requires maintaining a professional environment while assisting staff, students, and visitors with information and coordination.
Manage front desk operations and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls through the EPABX system and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain the visitor register and reception records.
Provide basic information and guidance to visitors, students, and staff.
Coordinate with departments for appointments, meetings, and visitor management.
Manage courier, mail distribution, and official correspondence.
Assist in general administrative tasks and documentation when required.
Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
Educational Qualifications
Professional Certifications
Proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable with technology.
Hands-on experience with EPABX systems and telephone operations is preferred.
Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle visitors, calls, and administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
