Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within the power sector, with a focus on coordinating activities and resources to ensure project success. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:

Assist Project Managers in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.

Coordinate project activities and resources, including subcontractors, vendors, equipment, and materials, to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Track project progress and milestones, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, specifications, and change orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes, facilitating communication and collaboration among project team members.

Assist in resolving project issues and conflicts, escalating critical issues to Project Managers as needed and proposing solutions to mitigate risks.

Collaborate with internal departments, such as engineering, procurement, and construction, to coordinate project activities and ensure seamless execution.

Support project closeout activities, including documentation review, final inspections, and client handover, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and quality standards.

Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining project files, and processing invoices and payments.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in project coordination or administration, preferably within the power sector or construction industry.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with project team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Willingness to travel to project sites and attend meetings as required.
