Job Title: HVAC Sales Manager
Job Description:
ThreePhase is seeking an experienced and results-driven HVAC Sales Manager to lead business development and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive HVAC sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- 3–7+ years of HVAC sales experience, with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC products and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
