Job Title: Early Years Cambridge Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years Cambridge Coordinator to lead and oversee the Early Years Programme aligned with the Cambridge Early Years Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and manage the Early Years Programme in alignment with the Cambridge Early Years Curriculum Framework.
- Ensure effective implementation of curriculum, teaching methodologies, and assessment practices.
- Mentor, support, and evaluate Early Years teachers to maintain high academic and classroom standards.
- Conduct lesson observations, provide constructive feedback, and drive continuous professional development.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and school leadership to support student development and wellbeing.
- Organize teacher training sessions, workshops, and curriculum planning meetings.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Ed./Montessori / Early Childhood Education qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of teaching experience in Early Years, with 2+ years in a leadership/coordinator role.
- Prior experience in Cambridge Early Years Curriculum is mandatory.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong classroom management and team leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of inquiry-based and experiential learning approaches.
- Excellent communication and parent engagement skills.
- Ability to drive academic excellence and continuous improvement.
