Job Title: Assistant Manager- MEP
Department: MEP
Job Purpose
To manage and coordinate all electrical planning, design, approvals, and execution activities at site, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while achieving clash-free, coordinated GFC drawings.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle initial-level electrical planning for site readiness, including construction power requirements, site illumination, and electrical distribution.
- Liaise with contractors and the Electricity Board for temporary and permanent power supply arrangements.
- Coordinate with MGR–MEP and consultants at various stages of drawings—Schematic, Design Development (DD), Tender, and GFC—as per site requirements.
- Facilitate sanction of electrical plans from the Electricity Board after internal management approvals.
- Review electrical drawings provided by MEP consultants and propose modifications based on site conditions, budget, design intent, marketing perspective, and statutory norms.
- Conduct technical meetings with vendors, contractors, and project engineers to resolve RFIs raised by site teams.
- Review Power Distribution SLD schemes in line with Electricity Board and statutory requirements.
- Carry out periodic site monitoring to ensure execution as per the latest approved GFC drawings.
- Take timely technical decisions related to MEP installation works.
- Assist in preparation and submission of drawings and documents for:
- Fire Authority approvals
- Electrical Inspectorate
- Local statutory authorities
- Support IGBC / GRIHA documentation related to MEP systems.
- Maintain design trackers, drawing logs, correspondence records, and approval status.
- Ensure delivery of clash-free, fully coordinated GFC drawings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualification: B. Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in MEP design coordination and site execution for real estate / large-scale construction projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
