- Learn to prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, equipment, and workstations.
- Assist in stocking ingredients, supplies, and merchandise.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
- Support senior baristas with daily café operations.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Learn menu items, ingredients, and product recommendations.
- Ensure beverages are prepared consistently and presented attractively.
