> Operate Refinery, Edible Oil, Pre-treatment, Biodiesel, and Distillation plants safely and efficiently.
> Operate PLC/SCADA-controlled systems as well as manually operated equipment.
> Run and monitor plant equipment such as Pumps, Plate Heat Exchangers (PHE), Pressure Leaf Filters (PLF), Ejectors, Boosters, Cooling Towers, Nitrogen Plants, and Air Compressors.
> Operate process equipment including Bleachers, Deodorizers (Deo), Reboilers, Vacuum Pumps, and other plant machinery.
> Coordinate with seniors for the availability of raw materials, chemicals, and storage tanks required for production.
> Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth plant operations.
> Follow all safety rules, company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
> Supervise contract/casual workers for proper utilization and maintain housekeeping standards in the plant area.
> Monitor and prevent wastage or misuse of steam, power, manpower, and company assets.
> Maintain confidentiality of all company information and not disclose any information outside the organization.
> Do not leave the plant or operational area without properly handing over the charge to the next shift/operator.
> Carry out tank farm operations related to raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products.
> Coordinate with the Quality Control Laboratory, maintain log sheets, and record operational and quality data accurately.
> Coordinate with the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) team for proper discharge and treatment of fat trap water as per environmental guidelines
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
