As a Digital Marketing Trainer, you will play a key role in training aspiring digital marketers, students, professionals, and business owners by delivering practical, industry-focused digital marketing education. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and conducting comprehensive training programs that cover the latest digital marketing strategies, tools, and technologies. Your expertise will help learners gain job-ready skills and confidently implement digital marketing campaigns in real-world scenarios.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery
- Conduct engaging classroom, online, and corporate training sessions on digital marketing.
- Deliver interactive workshops, webinars, and practical learning sessions.
- Train learners with varying levels of experience, from beginners to advanced professionals.
- Ensure high learner engagement through live projects, assignments, and case studies.
Curriculum Development
- Design and continuously update digital marketing training modules based on current industry trends.
- Develop presentations, practical exercises, assessments, and training materials.
- Create structured learning paths for SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Analytics, and AI tools.
Practical Learning
- Provide hands-on training using live projects and real client scenarios.
- Guide participants in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Train learners on website creation using WordPress and landing page optimization.
- Demonstrate campaign tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
Content Expertise
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes, Meta advertising updates, AI marketing tools, and emerging digital trends.
- Share practical examples, industry case studies, and successful campaign strategies.
- Introduce learners to the latest AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms.
Assessment & Performance
- Evaluate learner progress through assignments, quizzes, projects, and practical tests.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve technical and strategic understanding.
- Monitor learner performance and recommend improvement plans where required.
Student Support & Mentoring
- Provide one-on-one mentoring and career guidance.
- Assist learners with resume building, interview preparation, and portfolio development.
- Resolve learner queries and offer ongoing learning support.
Industry Collaboration
- Build relationships with industry professionals and organizations.
- Organize guest sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing events.
- Encourage networking and professional development among learners.
Training Effectiveness
- Collect learner feedback and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Continuously improve training methodology and course content.
- Maintain high learner satisfaction and successful course completion rates.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Minimum 2+ years of Digital Marketing Training experience.
