Job Roles and Responsibilities:-
As a BIM Trainer, you will:
- Design and deliver high-quality technical and software training programs
- Create engaging learning assets including presentations, e-learning modules, manuals, and job aids
- Deliver hands-on training on BIM tools, workflows, and emerging technologies
- Lead and support Autodesk Training Center (ATC) certified and non-certified programs
- Conduct internal and external (client-facing) training sessions professionally
- Support client onboarding, upskilling, and process standardization initiatives
- Track training effectiveness, analyze feedback, and continuously improve training programs
- Collaborate with project teams during software rollouts, upgrades, and process changes
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and Civil.
- Prior hands-on experience in training coordination and BIM training is preferred.
