Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and creative PMT Executive to support the marketing and product management activities of the company. The candidate will be responsible for brand management, promotional campaigns, marketing strategies, training field force, competitor analysis, and developing scientific promotional materials for pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management
- Develop and execute marketing plans for assigned brands/products.
- Monitor product performance and suggest strategies for growth.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning across all promotional activities.
Marketing & Promotional Activities
- Prepare visual aids, product cards, leave-behinds, brochures, product monographs, and other promotional inputs.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, printers, and vendors for timely execution of marketing materials.
- Plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns.
Training & Field Force Support
- Conduct product training programs for Medical Representatives, Area Managers, and Regional Managers.
- Develop training modules, presentations, FAQs, and product manuals.
- Support the sales team with scientific and marketing inputs.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Track competitor products, pricing, promotional activities, and market trends.
- Analyze market data and prepare actionable reports.
- Identify opportunities for new product launches and line extensions.
Scientific Content Development
- Prepare product presentations and scientific literature.
- Develop product positioning strategies based on clinical evidence.
- Coordinate with medical experts for content validation.
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in creating content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and company websites.
- Coordinate digital campaigns for product promotion and brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Regulatory, Production, Purchase, and Distribution teams.
- Ensure smooth implementation of marketing plans and product launch activities.
Required Qualifications
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Life Sciences)
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
