We are looking for a passionate and qualified Computer Lecturer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should hold a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) and have strong knowledge of computer science subjects, programming languages, and modern technologies. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, conducting practical sessions, mentoring students, and contributing to academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate and diploma students in Computer Science, IT, and related subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, lecture notes, presentations, and study materials.
- Conduct theory and practical/lab sessions effectively.
- Teach programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, and Web Technologies.
- Deliver lectures on subjects including DBMS, Data Structures, Operating Systems, Computer Networks, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, AI, and Data Science (as applicable).
- Design, conduct, and evaluate assignments, quizzes, practical exams, and semester examinations.
- Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and provide mentoring.
- Maintain academic records and submit reports as required.
- Guide students in projects, internships, and technical competitions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into teaching.
- Participate in curriculum development, faculty meetings, workshops, seminars, and institutional activities.
- Support accreditation and quality assurance initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Master of Computer Applications (MCA) – Mandatory
- NET/SET qualification is an added advantage (where applicable).
- Prior teaching experience is preferred but fresh MCA graduates with strong subject knowledge may also apply.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals.
- Proficiency in programming languages (C, C++, Java, Python).
- Good understanding of DBMS, Networking, Operating Systems, and Software Engineering.
- Familiarity with web development technologies, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to conduct practical sessions and mentor students.
Pay: ₹9,999.65 - ₹20,000.00 per month
